- Bachelor\'s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field preferred, but not required.
- Anyone who is passionate and would like to grow with us.
- Preferred 2 years of experience in restaurant management, but not required.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of restaurant industry regulations and best practices.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Vaccinated at least 2 doses.
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic restaurant manager to oversee our Ah Fatt Ah Liang first outlet in Sri Petaling. The ideal candidate should have a passion for food, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing a successful restaurant. As the restaurant manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant, managing, and motivating the staff, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and achieving sales and profit targets.
- Manage and supervise daily restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to increase restaurant sales and profitability.
- Hire, train, and mentor restaurant staff, providing ongoing coaching and support to maintain high levels of performance and morale.
- Monitor and maintain food and beverage quality standards, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and the local community.
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Basic + commission: RM4,000 - RM9,000.
- EPF, SOSCO, EIS
- Annual leave & Replacement leave etc.
- Medical claims.
