. Manages day to day business of the sales
Build customer relationships.

Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
Oversees on stock take reports and other relevant report
Assist in process Sales transaction, collect payments, handle cash or credit transactions with customers.
Count money in cash drawers at before operations start and by end of the day to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change.
Maintain a clean and tidy checkout area, ensure cleaning must be done immediately after the customer leaves.
Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction.
Daily reconcile cash & credit card transaction with cashier, ensure it accurate and get verification by Operations manager (if any) and then drop the cash into safety box before you left your work place.
Works closely with management team to ensure all operational, administrative, and compliance functions within the firm are being properly executed in accordance to regulatory-based best practices.
Works with management to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals.
Manage staff schedules.
Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices
Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints.
Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation and safety regulations.
Manage restaurant's good image and suggest ways to improve it.
Manage operational costs and identify measures to cut waste.
. To have operator mindset and to work closely to achieve company's set target.

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM3,700.00 per month
