- Knowledge of food, beverage, and hospitality industries.
- Organizational skills, interpersonal relationship skills and customer service skills
- Calm under pressure
- Comfortable with hospitality and sales technology platforms
- At least 3 years and above experience for the related industry
- Prior experience working in a bar or restaurant
- Maintains inventory
- Determines employees\' schedules
- Ensures bar is well-stocked and clean
- Tracks customer behavior and sales
- Oversees planning for special events
- Appropriately delegates tasks to staff
- Making improvements to the running of the business
- Recruiting, training and supervising staff
