Job Description

- Have at least 3 years and above experience for night club/bar or related industry
- Prior experience working in a bar or night club
- Maintains inventory
- Determines employees\' schedules
- Ensures bar is well-stocked and clean
- Tracks customer behavior and sales
- Oversees planning for special events
- Appropriately delegates tasks to staff
- Making improvements to the running of the business
- Recruiting, training and supervising staff
