Manage and supervise outlet operations (front & back of house)
Lead, train, and motivate the outlet team to deliver excellent service
Ensure compliance with company SOPs and food safety standards
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues effectively
Monitor sales, control costs, and achieve outlet performance targets
Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control
Prepare reports for management
