PARAMOUNT COFFEE HOUSE merupakan salah satu syarikat di bawah Elews Group Sdn Bhd. Mereka yang mempunyai kelayakan dalam bidang F&B dipelawa untuk mengisi kekosongan berikut: OUTLET MANAGER Skop Kerja

• Overall responsible for smooth operations and profitability of the assigned restaurant including maintenance.
• Ensure services & food serve are standardized /high quality.
• Responsible to maintain inventory level (Raw materials,equipments)
• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and solve customer complaints as well as any other inquiries.
• Responsible of all staff and workers including training, coaching and supervising staff to ensure smooth outlet operation.
• To ensure cleanliness and tidiness of all the area of the outlet.
• To ensure the efficient ordering of goods and sufficient stock supply at all times
• Can start immediately

Job Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years in the food & beverage industry.
• Efficient, confident, courteous and with an extremely high standard of social skills
• Possess strong food & beverage knowledge
• Possess leadership qualities & strong work ethic
• Possess strong hospitality & communication skills

WORKING HOUR (SHIFT)

• Morning (9.00am-4.30pm)
• Noon (3.30pm-11.00pm)
• Full (9.00am-11.00pm)
• Rotation off day (1 day on weekday)
