Requirements
With 1-2 years of leadership experience (Supervisor/Manager) in the bakery or Food & Beverage (F&B) sector.
Must be able to work on Flexible hours (Morning/afternoon shift), Weekends & Public Holiday.
Excellent leadership, communication, customer service, conflict resolution and interpersonal skills.
Experience in overseeing outlet(s), cost & budget planning.
Excellence in delivering customer satisfaction.
Salary packages are determined by applicable work experience and qualifications
Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.
Willing to travel & possess own transport.
Responsibilities
Plan and work to budgets, maximize profit and achieve sales targets set by management
Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees.
Overseeing daily operations, customer service, staff work schedules, cashiering, food supplies, loss prevention, maintenance and administrative operations.
Promotes optimum staff performance by coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees.
Maintains staffs by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training and motivating staff.
Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers.
Maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, health and safety, clean environment.
Other duties shall be assigned from time to time by the Superior when and while required.
