Job Description

• Proven experience as an Outlet Manager or in a similar role in a BBQ restaurant is required.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Good understanding of inventory management and financial controls.
• Knowledge of halal food preparation and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operational Management:

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Implement and maintain high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, especially concerning halal food preparation.
• Staff Management:

• Recruit, train, and supervise staff members, ensuring they provide excellent customer service.
• Create and manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities for team members.
• Customer Service:

• Maintain a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for all guests.
• Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Foster a customer-centric culture among staff.
• Inventory and Financial Management:

• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as necessary to ensure stock availability.
• Manage the budget and financial performance of the restaurant, including cost control and profitability.
• Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Marketing and Promotion:

• Develop and implement promotional strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
• Coordinate with marketing teams to plan and execute events, special offers, and seasonal menus.
