Proven experience as an Outlet Manager or in a similar role in a BBQ restaurant is required.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Good understanding of inventory management and financial controls.
Knowledge of halal food preparation and compliance with relevant regulations.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
Operational Management:
Oversee daily operations of the restaurant to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Implement and maintain high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, especially concerning halal food preparation.
Staff Management:
Recruit, train, and supervise staff members, ensuring they provide excellent customer service.
Create and manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities for team members.
Customer Service:
Maintain a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for all guests.
Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Foster a customer-centric culture among staff.
Inventory and Financial Management:
Monitor inventory levels and place orders as necessary to ensure stock availability.
Manage the budget and financial performance of the restaurant, including cost control and profitability.
Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Marketing and Promotion:
Develop and implement promotional strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
Coordinate with marketing teams to plan and execute events, special offers, and seasonal menus.
