- Bachelor's degree/Diploma/SPM or equivalent
- Able to speak in English and Mandarin
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Minimum 2 years' experience in retail F&B chain store management with proven and successful track records in F&B management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
- Commitment to providing exceptional service to customers and support to team members
- Easily adaptable to environment and interact with all level of people
- Result oriented
- Able to work under strict datelines.
- Manage and oversee the entire restaurant operations at The Beer factory (Raja Uda)
- Communicate with customers to receive feedback and manage complaints
- Hiring, training, motivating and coaching employees
- Organize and supervise shifts
- Manage restaurant supplies
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Monitor operations and initiate corrective actions
- Resolving conflicts or complaints from customers and employees.
- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned time to time
