What You'll Be Doing:

Design and implement operational strategies to maximize outlet performance and sales contribution Train, coach, and mentor sales staff to achieve individual and team targets Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying opportunities for improvement Oversee store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and customer service standards Collaborate with management to implement promotions, marketing campaigns, and process improvements

Proven experience in retail operations, outlet management, or sales supervision Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Target-driven, organized, and capable of managing teams effectively Passionate about retail operations, sales, and delivering excellent customer experiences Eager to grow professionally and take on increasing responsibilities

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
