Outlet Supervisor

who is ready to take ownership and drive success from the frontlines.

Your Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient execution. Lead, coach, and motivate your team to deliver excellent service and meet sales targets. Maintain outstanding store presentation, merchandising, and cleanliness. Engage with customers and provide expert recommendations on smart home products. Manage stock levels, perform inventory checks, and ensure accurate reporting. Train and guide new team members, fostering a culture of professionalism and teamwork. Collaborate with HQ on marketing activities, product launches, and retail campaigns.

Who We're Looking For:

2-3 years of experience in retail, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role. Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills. A proactive, hands-on individual who takes initiative and solves problems. Passionate about technology, innovation, and retail excellence. Able to work retail shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Experience in electronics or lifestyle concept stores is a plus.
