Responsibilities
Contributing to the increase in kiosk and branch sales.
Customer Service - Responding to inquiries, providing mandatory service, and assistance to customers, even though DobiQueen is a self-service laundromat.
Drop Off Pick Up (DOPU) service: Assisting customers in washing and drying clothes. - Free Transfer service: Transferring customers\' clothes from the washer to the dryer. - Easy Folding service: Folding customers\' clothes using an easy technique to avoid wrinkles for Free Transfer & Drop Off Pick Up (DOPU) service (free of charge). - Folding Service: Folding customers\' clothes according to the company\'s SOP (with charges, and employees will receive commissions).
Maintaining cleanliness of the branch at all times.
Providing daily reports - Opening, Closing, and DobiQueen Product Sales.
Managing the Foto-Zzoom kiosk (Passport & 4R printing & Photostate).
Managing any equipment, i.e., gas, pump, and so on in the branch to ensure smooth operations.
Compliant and ready to collaborate with the Outlet Manager in managing the branch.
Performing other tasks assigned by management from time to time.
Working as if you are the owner of the branch, with no issues or political conflicts with other employees!

Working hours:
Working Hours (basic salary RM2,000):
9.30 am - 7.00 pm / 11.30 am - 9.00 pm (depending on availability)
2 hours break time
Working 6 days a week and off on normal days.
Any changes to working hours are at the discretion of the Company.
Overtime (OT) is only required if notified by superiors.
** All selected candidates must undergo training for five (5) days as part of the hiring process. During this period, the candidate\'s performance will be monitored to determine the position as a full-time employee depending on the candidate\'s potential.** The company\'s decision is final and absolute.
