• Min SPM with 1 years of managerial experience in Food & Beverages
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Willing to work overtime and on public holidays if required.
• Team player, able to work independently and under pressure.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
• Computer literate.
• Confident, proactive, and capable of meeting tight deadlines.

ResponsibilitiesFront Counter & Cashiering:

• Manage Front Counter operations.
• In the absence of Service Crew / Cashier, process customers order.
• POS (Point of Sale) system operations and process payments (cashless operations)
• Ensure fast and efficient service, minimizing customer wait times.
• Customer Service.

Outlet Operations & Supervision:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth workflow.
• Supervise kitchen and service staff, assigning tasks and ensuring productivity.
• Monitor stock levels, place orders for supplies, and reduce wastage.
• Staff Hiring & Training.
• Basic administrative works.
