Requirements
- Preferably with retail or food & beverage management experience
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Passionate about sales, proactive, and responsible
- Able to independently handle outlet operations and customer matters
- Manage overall outlet operations to ensure sales targets are achieved
- Lead and motivate the team to achieve daily performance goals
- Responsible for staff scheduling, attendance, and performance management
- Manage inventory and daily cash reporting
- Maintain outlet cleanliness and deliver excellent customer service
- 6 rest days per month
