Kelayakan
Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in the F&B industry, with at least 1 year in a supervisory roll
Language
Able to read and write in Mandarin or English (bilingual preferred)
Availability:
Willing and able to work extra hours, including weekends, public holidays, and peak service periods
Skills & Competencies:
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Solid understanding of restaurant operations and customer service best practices
Good organizational and time-management skills
Familiarity with POS systems, stock management tools, and basic financial reports
Tanggungjawab
Staff Management: Supervise, train, and mentor outlet staff to ensure consistent service excellence and team efficiency.
Customer Service: Maintain a strong floor presence, handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Operational Oversight: Oversee daily outlet activities, ensuring timely food service, high product quality, and adherence to hygiene and service standards.
Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels, manage stock ordering, and implement measures to minimize waste and control usage.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and sanitation guidelines as per company and government standards.
Financial Management: Assist in outlet budgeting, track daily sales, control operational costs, and help optimize profitability.
Event Coordination: Plan and manage special events, promotional activities, and seasonal functions to boost sales and customer engagement.
