Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the F&B outlet. Lead and motivate a team of staff, including waiters, chefs, and support staff. Provide guidance and training to ensure the team delivers exceptional customer service. Ensure a high standard of customer service is maintained at all times. Address customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally. Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for guests. Manage inventory levels, ordering, and stock rotation to minimize waste. Monitor and control costs to ensure the outlet operates within budget. Implement and enforce health and safety standards. Ensure the quality and presentation of food and beverages meet the established standards. Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and hygiene. Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours. Coordinate with HR for recruitment, training, and performance evaluations. Implement strategies to increase sales and upselling opportunities. Work with the marketing team to promote special events or promotions. Prepare regular reports on sales, inventory, and other relevant metrics. Provide insights and recommendations for improvement based on the reports.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a supervisory role in the F&B industry. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations. Familiarity with POS systems.
