A) Responsibility \xc2\xb7 Delegate duties and responsibilities to subordinates \xc2\xb7 Ensure that food and beverage are served promptly and accurately \xc2\xb7 Be hands-on during busy periods \xc2\xb7 Monitor the crew member that uses equipment, to handle with care \xc2\xb7 Ensure proper cashiering procedures are adhered to \xc2\xb7 Handle customers\xe2\x80\x99 complaints \xc2\xb7 Provide on-the-job training to crew members and assist them \xc2\xb7 Study, evaluate operation/procedures and suggest improvements to the manager \xc2\xb7 Assist in providing orientation for newly recruited crew members \xc2\xb7 Supervise and assist the manager in his duties and to act in his capacity during his absence \xc2\xb7 Place requisitions for outlet\xe2\x80\x99s supplies \xc2\xb7 Update and sent log book to accounts/HQ weekly \xc2\xb7 Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times \xc2\xb7 Provide a courteous and professional service at all times \xc2\xb7 To assist Outlet Manager on day to day operations \xc2\xb7 Carry out ad-hoc duties assigned by manager from time to time B) Requirements 1. Hiring is immediate (Kemasukan Segera) 2. At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. 3. Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School/SPM certificate in any field 4. Good command of both written and spoken English and Malay 5. Good interpersonal skills, energetic and willing to learn new knowledge 6. Prefer candidates with own transport Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month Benefits:
