Job Summary:

We are seeking for a proactive, aggressive, and experienced Outlet Supervisor to lead and manage our retail team. This role involves overseeing daily outlet operations, ensuring team performance, and conducting regular audits on physical stock. The ideal candidate will have a strong retail background, be results-driven, and demonstrate leadership in driving sales and maintaining outlet standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily operations at the outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient performance Lead and motivate the retail team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and discipline Conduct regular physical stock audits and ensure accuracy in stock records Coordinate with HQ and warehouse for stock replenishment and transfers Ensure proper merchandising, cleanliness, and display standards at the outlet Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally Train and guide new team members on product knowledge and sales techniques Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales and stock reports to the management

Requirements:

Proven experience in a retail supervisory or team leader role

Strong leadership and communication skills Detail-oriented, especially in handling stock and audit tasks Aggressive, proactive, and results-focused Able to work under pressure and handle retail operational challenges Willing to work on weekends/public holidays and on a shift basis Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia

Retail industry experience is a MUST

(perfume or beauty industry is an advantage)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
