Requirements
Customer-oriented with strong communication and problem-solving skills
At least 1-2 years of working experience in F&B operations / retail (supervisory role is an added advantage)
Minimum SPM / Diploma in F&B, Hospitality, Business, or related field
Able to supervise and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, and quality standards
Familiar with food delivery platforms (GrabFood, Foodpanda, etc.)
Basic knowledge of inventory management and cash handling
Positive leadership attitude and willingness to guide team members
Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Possess own transport or able to commute to Setia Alam / Klang area
Fresh graduates or candidates with the right attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.
Responsibilities
Oversee and handle daily shop operations
Manage customer orders, payments, and service quality
Operate and monitor food delivery platforms (GrabFood, Foodpanda, etc.)
Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues effectively
Demonstrate leadership and team management skills
Manage kitchen inventory and stock control
Communicate with customers and gather feedback for improvement
Ensure safety, hygiene, and food quality standards are maintained
Supervise and guide team members in daily tasks
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management
