Oversee day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth operation of the respective in-charged outlets; e.g., daily sales closing.
To ensure outlet staff strictly follow Standard Operating Procedure (SOP);
Responsible to bank in daily sales timely;
To monitor outlet's cleanliness and hygiene standards according to Halal compliance and medical surveillance;
Able to travel to several in-charged outlets;
Review customer surveys to develop and implement ways to improve customer service;
Perform other assignments as defined and delivered by the Regional Manager.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of working experience;
Preferably with experience in Food & Beverage retail/Restaurant Service experience is an advantage;
Good interpersonal and communication skills;
6 days per week (alternate Saturday) and able to work on weekend & public holiday;
Willing to travel when required.
