Job Description

Train and onboard new employees, providing guidance on outlet policies, procedures, and customer service standards.

Handle daily operations activities including but not limited to: cashiering duties, kitchen duties, preparing desserts and tea crafting if needed.

Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies, ingredients, and equipment as needed to meet operational requirements.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, sanitation guidelines, and food handling procedures to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.

Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, striving to exceed guest expectations and resolve issues to their satisfaction.

Assist in the development and implementation of promotional activities, special events, and menu offerings to drive sales and enhance the guest experience.

Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to outlet staff, recognizing achievements and addressing areas for improvement.

Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for achieving sales targets, controlling costs, and maximizing profitability.

Able to evaluate reports in order to execute store action plans.

Demonstrates operational agility based on the needs of the business.

Provide direction and guidance to associates to ensure efficient and effective floor operations, customer service, coverage, and execution of visual standards.

Provide direction and guidance to associates to ensure efficient and effective operation of the stockroom and product flow.

Supervise and oversee the store shipping & receiving function.

Act in compliance with operational policies and procedures according to the company's SOP & policy.

Any other duties assigned by the management at any time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
