A) Responsibility

Delegate duties and responsibilities to subordinates

Ensure that food and beverage are served promptly and accurately

Be hands-on during busy periods

Monitor the crew member that uses equipment, to handle with care

Ensure proper cashiering procedures are adhered to

Handle customers' complaints

Provide on-the-job training to crew members and assist them

Study, evaluate operation/procedures and suggest improvements to the manager

Assist in providing orientation for newly recruited crew members

Supervise and assist the manager in his duties and to act in his capacity during his absence

Place requisitions for outlet's supplies

Update and sent log book to accounts/HQ weekly

Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times

Provide a courteous and professional service at all times

To assist Outlet Manager on day to day operations

Carry out ad-hoc duties assigned by manager from time to time

B) Requirements

1.

Hiring is immediate

2. At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

3. Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School/SPM certificate in any field

4. Good command of both written and spoken English and Malay

5. Good interpersonal skills, energetic and willing to learn new knowledge

6. Prefer candidates with own transport

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
