What You'll Be Doing:

Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales staff to achieve individual and store sales targets Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and customer service Ensure high standards of customer experience and satisfaction Analyze sales performance and implement strategies to maximize revenue Collaborate with management to execute promotions, marketing campaigns, and operational improvements

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in retail supervision or management, preferably in electronics, mobile phones, or smart home products Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Target-driven, organized, and capable of managing a team effectively Passionate about sales, customer service, and delivering results Eager to grow professionally and take on increasing responsibilities
