Managing all aspects of operating an outlet and responsible for building, leading & managing a team in a young and fun environment whilst driving sales.
Responsibilities include:
Responsible for leading a store team to create and maintain the great experience for our customers and employees by supervising and directing, making staffing decisions, ensuring customer satisfaction and managing financial performance of the store.
Maintain good hygiene, proper grooming and pleasant decorum throughout the day.
Respond effectively to emergency situations such as power/electrical failure, fire and robbery as and when required.
Be always ready to provide assistant to customers and handling customers\' complaints.
Handling and managing the team, recruiting the right people, managing roasters and staff costs, and reporting to Outlet Manager.
Ensuring efficient operations according to Standard Operating Procedures.
Stock handling, inventory counting and managing Cost of Goods.
Monitoring and controlling daily/monthly wastage.
Driving sales to meet targets and looking for further opportunities to grow sales.
Monitoring and meeting performance KPIs.
Communicating effectively with team members.
Performing any other duties in general operational functions and ad-hoc assignments.
