1. Outlet P&L Performance
Ensure KPIs are met in P&L especially profit margins, food cost, beverage cost and labor cost.
Ensure products received from suppliers are accurate in measurement and invoiced correctly.
Perform Opening/ Closing Manager Walkthrough.
Ensure full outlet walkthrough moving through all areas of the outlet including floor, back-area, kitchen, dishwashing, perimeter to ensure full compliance.
Ensure correct labelling methods are used based on shelf life charts (no expired products).
Ensure new staff are briefed about the Employee Handbook and Company Culture and Code of Conduct.
Ensure purchases, wastages, breakages, meeting agendas, projects, marketing KPIs, inter outlet transfers planning are updated weekly in dashboards.
Ensure correct cash handling - packing and sending to the finance department.Requirements:- Experienced in handling fresh food items and the team members, providing P&L reports, conducting Quality Assurance for the products, stock taking and directly dealing with suppliers
- 6 working days a week (can choose which off day)
- Fluent in English
