Outlet Supervisor

Job Description
- Oversee daily operations and manage team members, providing guidance and support.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and addressing complaints promptly.
- Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
- Monitor stock levels, conduct inventory counts, and place orders as needed.
- Assist in achieving sales targets and implementing promotional strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and staff performance, and report to management.
- Ensure that the outlet adheres to health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss goals, updates, and address any concerns.
