Pakteh Fruits is a one stop centre for a variety of fruit from around the world. Business started since 1957, and has been established for incoperated since 2023. Our mission to help people life healthy with fresh fruits benefit.

To support our continued expansion, we are looking for an experienced and dedicated Outlet Supervisor to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

Staff Management:

Supervise, schedule, and manage staff attendance effectively.

Customer Service:

Maintain high customer satisfaction by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving complaints professionally. Foster a welcoming and friendly environment for customers.

Operations Management:

Oversee daily operational tasks, including opening and closing procedures. Ensure cleanliness, organization, and overall upkeep of the outlet. Manage inventory efficiently, placing orders as necessary. Oversee equipment maintenance and repairs.

Sales and Financial Management:

Monitor and drive sales performance to achieve set targets. Manage daily cash handling, transactions, and reconciliations accurately. Prepare regular sales and performance reports for management.

Quality Control:

Enforce strict adherence to company quality standards. Implement and uphold food safety, hygiene practices, and regulatory compliance. Conduct routine quality inspections.

Promotions and Marketing:

Assist in executing promotional events and marketing initiatives. Collaborate with marketing teams to boost brand visibility and customer engagement.

Problem Solving:

Identify and resolve operational challenges promptly. Continuously seek improvements to enhance outlet efficiency. Recruit, train, and mentor new and existing team members. Motivate staff to achieve sales targets and uphold exceptional customer service standards.

Requirements:

Minimum STPM/Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in F&B, Hospitality, Tourism, or related fields. Minimum 3-year experience in food and beverage or related industry. Able to work well under pressure. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team Proactive, adaptable and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
