We're looking for a passionate, hands-on leader who can keep the good vibes going while making sure everything in the store runs like clockwork, from great service to great burgers! What You'll Be Doing

Keep the Operations Flowing

Oversee the daily operations, from shift scheduling to store cleanliness and smooth service. Make sure the outlet runs efficiently while maintaining our signature myBurgerLab energy. Handle any hiccups or issues calmly and quickly.
Champion Great Service

Lead by example to deliver warm, friendly, and memorable customer experiences. Manage customer feedback and resolve any issues with care and professionalism. Keep the service fast, accurate, and filled with positive vibes.
Maintain Top-Notch Quality

Ensure every burger and side dish meets our quality and presentation standards. Follow and enforce all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Keep an eye on product consistency, food safety, and hygiene.
Lead and Grow Your Team

Train, motivate, and guide your crew to be their best. Help with onboarding new team members and conducting ongoing training. Give regular feedback and build a positive, respectful work culture.
Manage Inventory & Safety

Oversee stock levels, manage ordering, and reduce waste. Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and safety guidelines are followed. Conduct safety training, drills, and keep an emergency plan in check.

What We're Looking For

Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma or higher. 1-2 years of supervisory experience in F&B or a similar fast-paced environment. A friendly, engaging personality. You set the tone for the team and the customers. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Cool-headed under pressure and adaptable to change. A real team player who believes in collaboration and good vibes. Willing to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Open to Malaysians only.

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
