What You'll Be Doing

Keep Operations Running Smoothly

Oversee day-to-day store operations, including shift planning, cleanliness, and service flow. Ensure the outlet operates efficiently while maintaining that signature myBurgerLab vibe. Address any challenges quickly, calmly, and effectively.
Deliver Outstanding Service

Set the standard by providing warm, friendly, and memorable customer experiences. Handle customer feedback professionally and resolve issues with care. Maintain fast, accurate, and consistently positive service.
Maintain High Food Quality

Ensure every burger and side dish meets quality, taste, and presentation expectations. Uphold and enforce all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Monitor consistency, food safety, and hygiene practices.
Lead & Develop Your Team

Train, motivate, and guide team members to perform at their best. Support onboarding for new hires and provide continuous training. Give regular feedback and foster a positive, respectful team culture.
Manage Inventory & Safety

Monitor stock levels, handle ordering, and minimize wastage. Ensure equipment is well-maintained and safety standards are followed. Conduct safety briefings, drills, and maintain an up-to-date emergency plan.

What We're Looking For

Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma or higher. 1-2 years of supervisory experience in F&B or similar fast-paced environments. Friendly, approachable personality with strong people skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Calm under pressure and adaptable to changes. A team player who values collaboration and good workplace vibes. Willing to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Open to Malaysians only.

Pay: From RM2,300.00 per month
