Location: Multiple Locations in Klang Valley/Selangor, KL, etc
Qualifications:

• 2+ years' experience in a restaurant or food service environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of POS systems, basic inventory, and cash handling.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Daily Operations

• Help run the restaurant smoothly each day
• Make sure food looks and tastes great
• Keep everything clean and safe
• Open and close the store as needed

Team Support

• Help train and guide staff
• Plan team schedules
• Lead by example with great customer service
• Report any staff issues to the manager

Customer Service

• Handle customer complaints politely
• Check service quality in the dining area
• Make sure customers leave happy

Stock & Cash

• Monitor stock levels and help with orders
• Do stock counts and reduce waste
• Handle cash and daily deposits properly

Admin Tasks

• Keep basic daily records
• Follow and support company rules and goals
