We are expanding and looking for passionate individuals to join our retail leadership team.
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise daily outlet operations including staff management, scheduling, display, and stock control
Lead and motivate a retail team to deliver excellent customer service
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction
Ensure outlet targets and sales promotions are well-executed
Report to area manager and assist in implementing operational improvements
Maintain outlet hygiene, safety, and compliance with company SOP
Requirements:
Minimum SPM / Diploma in any field
At least 2 years of experience in retail or F&B store supervision (bakery experience is an added advantage)
Strong leadership and team management skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Willing to relocate or rotate among outlets as required
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: Up to RM8,000.00 per month
