Supervise and guide the store team to ensure smooth daily operations and high standards of service.
Assist the Store Manager in planning, implementing, and monitoring store procedures and policies.
Ensure proper inventory management including stock receiving, transfers, returns, and stock accuracy.
Conduct regular stock checks and ensure appropriate stock replenishment.
Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
Monitor cashier and sales floor performance, ensuring compliance with operational procedures.
Enforce visual merchandising and product display standards as per company guidelines.
Train, coach, and motivate team members to meet performance expectations.
Requirements
Minimum SPM or Diploma in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
At least 2-3 years of experience in retail operations, with supervisory responsibilities.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Good problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
Proficient in POS systems and basic Microsoft Office applications.
Handle opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation and reporting.
