• Provide good cooperation with the Branch Manager in planning a good strategy to increase branch sales revenue.
• A person who is fluent in communicating politely and is able to attract customers to buy items sold at the branch.

• Contribute to the increase in kiosk sales & branch sales.
• Customer Service - Answering inquiries, must provide service and assistance to customers even though DobiQueen is a self -service laundry.
• Drop Off Pick Up (DOPU) service: Help customers wash and dry clothes.
• Free Transfer service: Transfer customer\'s clothes from washer to dryer.
• Easy Folding service: Fold customers\' clothes with a simple technique to avoid wrinkles for Free Transfer & Drop Off Pick Up (DOPU) service (no charge).
• Folding Service: Folding customer\'s clothes according to the company\'s SOP (charges apply and employees will get a commission).
• Maintain the cleanliness of the branch throughout the working hours.
• Provides daily reports - Opening, Closing and Sales of DobiQueen Products.
• Manage Foto-Zzoom kiosk (Passport & 4R printing & Photostat).
• Manage any tools ie. gas, pumps, etc. inside the branch to ensure smooth operation.
• Compliant and willing to work with the Outlet Manager in managing the branch.
• Perform other tasks that have been set by the management from time to time.

• Annual Leave (8 days)
• The company will provide uniforms (Uniform) to employees in 3 pieces.

• Commission for each item successfully sold such as laundry bag, mesh bag, coin purse and so on
• Bonus once every 6 months if KPI is achieved

• 9:30am - 7:00pm / 11:30am - 9:00pm (depending on availability)
• 2 hours of break time
• Working 6 days a week with off days on regular days.
• Any changes to working hours are subject to the Company\'s discretion.
• Overtime work (OT) is only required if informed by the superior.
