Job Description

Responsibilities:

Responsible for assisting in executing store operations during scheduled shifts suchas manpower scheduling, and stocks, and making sure the team members achieve the set sales budget, target, and sales analysis. Ensuring products are well stocked, assisting in stock checking, replenishing, andreceiving goods. Help create energy and excitement among the team. Able to lead and give clear instructions. Effectively deploying and leading the shift team to deliver great customer service. Ability to act with a "customer comes first" attitude and deliver customer service thatmeets or exceeds expectations.

Requirements:

Minimum STPM, Diploma, or equivalent. Minimum one year of retail or six months of specialty coffee experience. Previous supervisory experience preferred. Basic computer skills required (Microsoft Office). Must be able to work overtime, including weekends, evenings, and special events as needed. Well-organized and detail-oriented and able to multi-task. Must have effective problem-solving/decision-making abilities. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
