Requirements

• Customer-oriented with strong communication and problem-solving skills
• At least 1-2 years of working experience in F&B operations / retail (supervisory role is an added advantage)
• Minimum SPM / Diploma in F&B, Hospitality, Business, or related field
• Able to supervise and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
• Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, and quality standards
• Familiar with food delivery platforms (GrabFood, Foodpanda, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and cash handling
• Positive leadership attitude and willingness to guide team members
• Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Possess own transport or able to commute to Setia Alam / Klang area
• Fresh graduates or candidates with the right attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and handle daily shop operations
• Manage customer orders, payments, and service quality
• Operate and monitor food delivery platforms (GrabFood, Foodpanda, etc.)
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues effectively
• Demonstrate leadership and team management skills
• Manage kitchen inventory and stock control
• Communicate with customers and gather feedback for improvement
• Ensure safety, hygiene, and food quality standards are maintained
• Supervise and guide team members in daily tasks
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management
