Restaurant Supervisor Role Description:Reports to: Outlet Manager (and Group Operations Manager) Supervises: Part-time Servers Liaises with: Outlet Chef (BOH) Salary Range (depends on experience): RM 2,500 to RM 2,800 Role Duties & Responsibilities: To assist the Outlet Manager to ensure smooth daily operations of our restaurant, keeping customers happy, safeguarding profitability, meeting financial and quality management KPIs, growing the outlet\'s loyal customer base and maintaining the reputation of the company. You will help to grow sales by upselling dishes and increase the average customer spend, as well as reducing costs. You will always Go-The-Extra-Mile to serve and take care of our customers, to ensure they have a pleasant and satisfying dining experience. You are expected to lead by example to guide and motivate our staff during busy moments, to achieve success, in our fast-paced environment. You will maintain excellent food/drink quality and customer-service standards, so that all customers leave happy and likely to return in the future. Any customer complaints will be replied to swiftly and effectively resolved, so that customers are left satisfied. You will complete company paperwork and follow operational SOPs, to ensure quality standards are met and our brand experience is consistently delivered to customers.
