You'll be responsible for:
Supervising daily
front-of-house operations
Leading and motivating the service team to meet brand standards
Assisting in
staff training, scheduling, and performance feedback
Handling guest queries and ensuring exceptional customer service
Maintaining operational flow during peak hours
Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace policies
We're looking for someone who is:
Experienced:
Minimum 2-3 years in a supervisory or senior crew role
(F&B experience preferred)
A natural communicator: Confident in giving clear instructions and feedback
Customer-focused: Always looking for ways to improve the guest experience
Organised: Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented: Leads by example and works well with others
Flexible: Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
