Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily cafe operations and ensure smooth customer service. Maintain food, beverage and hygiene standards at all times. Manage staff scheduling, performance and discipline. Monitor inventory, control stock and prepare daily sales reports. Handle customer feedback professionally to ensure a positive dining experience. Report directly to the Operations Executive / Management HQ.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in F&B, cafe or restaurant management. Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills. Positive attitude, responsible and a good team player. Able to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible hours.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
