Job Responsibilities:
Oversee and ensure smooth daily operations of the outlet (ice cream, beverages, and pastries)
Maintain high standards of service, hygiene, and customer satisfaction
Lead, guide, and motivate team members to deliver excellent performance
Ensure proper display, rotation, and quality checks for all products (Ice cream, drinks, and pastries)
Respond to customer inquiries about ingredients, allergens, and promotions.
Manage inventory: forecast, plan, and ensure availability of stock at all times
Promote a positive team culture and professional working environment
Uphold company policies and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOP)
Perform other related tasks as assigned by management
Provide operational support including skills, manpower, stocks or any related deemed necessary in the event of any function, business opportunities meant to maximize Company's topline achievement.
Job Requirements:
Responsible and proactive in handling daily operations.
Willing to learn and take on challenges.
Able to lead a team and maintain a positive working environment.
Energetic, independent, and committed.
Always puts the customer first and knows how to give them a great experience.
Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, and basic English.
Minimum qualification: SPM/Diploma
