to join our Smoothies Kiosk team. This role requires leadership capability, responsibility, and the ability to support daily operations while reporting directly to the Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise daily kiosk operations
Oversee team performance and ensure smooth workflow
Prepare smoothies, beverages, and simple food items
Handle cashier duties and ensure accurate payment processing
Maintain cleanliness and enforce hygiene standards
Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues professionally
Conduct stock checks, manage inventory, and ensure sufficient supplies
Prepare basic daily/weekly reports to the Manager
Assist in staff scheduling and training of new team members
Requirements
Minimum
1 year experience
in F&B, retail, or supervisory roles
Strong leadership skills and able to guide a small team
Responsible, punctual, and proactive
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Good communication and teamwork skills
Able to solve problems independently
Required languages: English & Malay (Mandarin is a bonus)
Can start immediately (preferable)
