About the Role

Our agency is partnering with an international technology provider to source an experienced

Overseas Delivery Engineer

. This position plays a key role in supporting telecom operator projects across global markets, focusing on software deployment, system integration, and ongoing operational maintenance within carrier environments.

Candidates with a background in telecom systems, project delivery, and technical troubleshooting will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

Lead remote and on-site deployment of software service solutions for overseas telecom operator projects. Install and configure servers, operating systems, and company software components. Review and design network architecture, deployment plans, and system integration frameworks. Communicate system functions, business logic, configuration methods, and integration requirements to external stakeholders. Perform post-deployment checks including KPI monitoring, alarm review, health checks, and service optimization. Collect, assess, and analyze system/server logs; work with backend engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Ensure system operations comply with telecom security, regulatory requirements, and internal standards. Deliver technical training sessions and prepare documentation for customers and internal teams. Manage project timelines to ensure high-quality and on-schedule delivery.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related technical discipline. Minimum 3 years of experience in IT system integration, technical delivery, or solution engineering. Strong understanding of network protocols, system deployment, and troubleshooting. Proficient in Linux, Shell scripting, Nginx, Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift. Familiar with MariaDB/MySQL and log/monitoring tools (Splunk, ELK, Prometheus). Knowledge of IP routing, firewall configuration, and telecom security standards. Fluent in English; able to communicate in Chinese for cross-border collaboration. Strong communication skills and experience leading customer-facing technical sessions. Willing to travel overseas for project delivery.
