Job Description
- Educational Background: Preferably in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, HVAC, or related fields.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English; willing to travel to other Asian countries; skilled in using CAD drawing software.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in MEP projects, with a preference for experience in both high and low voltage project design.
- Personal Attributes: Attentive and meticulous, strong cost awareness, high sense of responsibility, team-oriented, outgoing, and good communication skills.
- Design and Review: Responsible for the design schemes, detailed drawings, and review for new data center projects.
- Site and Construction Management: Oversee site management, construction management, quality management, safety management, and professional acceptance. Ensure that construction units perform on-site construction while controlling project quality and safety.
- Technical Guidance: Independently handle construction technical briefings, provide on-site installation guidance, verify professional equipment, conduct construction phase inspections, manage design changes, and provide user training.
- Project Handover: Organize and coordinate the completion acceptance and handover of projects within the scope of expertise, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within quality standards, and as per the required quantity.
