\xe2\x80\xa2 Challenge creative agencies in producing effective creative ideas \xe2\x80\xa2 Strategy and execute communication plans supported by consumer insights, motivations, and needs \xe2\x80\xa2 Constantly monitor campaign and brand performance with performance marketing agencies \xe2\x80\xa2 Actively manage Advertising & Promotional plans to achieve ROAS as set by management \xe2\x80\xa2 Work closely with Sales and Trade Marketing department to ensure brand consistency across all on-ground marketing channels \xe2\x80\xa2 Grow brand credibility through partnerships and events \xe2\x80\xa2 Determining which products or services best meet the needs for audiences \xe2\x80\xa2 Identifying business opportunities in the markets \xe2\x80\xa2 Determining the sales potential for new audiences and markets \xe2\x80\xa2 Finding the sales and marketing channels that work best in target \xe2\x80\xa2 Setting revenue and lead generation goals \xe2\x80\xa2 Creating & setting a company\'s marketing strategy & marketing budget \xe2\x80\xa2 Developing cross-culturally appropriate social media messaging \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitoring the performance of ads and other campaigns in specific markets \xe2\x80\xa2 Assisting with regional pricing strategies, product marketing, and regionally or culturally appropriate packaging redesigns Requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Marketing, Economics, or Business \xe2\x80\xa2 10 + years of Marketing Management experience \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong communication skills (proficiency in multiple languages is desirable) \xe2\x80\xa2 Experienced in targeting the correct audience via social media by analysis their demographics, interests, and behaviors \xe2\x80\xa2 Analytical skills (must be able to derive useful data from extensive studies)
