Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain overseas website content related to after-sales services.
Ensure timely updates and high-quality localization of web content.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and engineering.
Track and ensure SLA adherence for customer issues related to web content.
Support internal content governance and publishing processes.
Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree, preferably in
Computer Science
or related field.
Experience & Skills:
2-3 years of professional experience in a similar role.
Fluency in English and Mandarin
is
mandatory

Experience with
HTML
,
Excel
, and
PowerPoint
.
Familiarity with
CMS tools
,
basic coding languages
, and
Agile
methodologies is a plus.
Strong communication and project coordination skills.
