A leading shared service centre is reruiting for a talented P2P Analyst (T&E) job in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. In this job, you will handle all T&E related matters.
About the P2P Analyst (T&E) Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for managing all T&E related matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process invoices and perform matching in SAP system
- Process T&E, including verification and approval of travel expenses
- Perform monthly and yearly close activities.
- Handle external and internal vendor correspondences via email and/or phone and provide support to other colleagues
- Process manual and urgent payments requests
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of one year's working experience in the PTP function
- Degree/diploma in Finance and Accounting/Commerce or equivalent with professional qualifications is an added advantage
- Strong proficiency in SAP and Concur
- Great communication skills and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, self-motivated and strong analytical skills
