P2P and T&E Process Associate, Japanese Speaker (Bangsar South \xe2\x80\x93 Malaysia)

Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Associate plays a crucial role in the procurement and financial operations of an organization. Their primary responsibility is to manage the end-to-end process, from identifying a need for goods or services to making payments to suppliers.

What will you be doing?

key role within an organization\'s finance department, primarily responsible for managing and processing the company\'s outstanding invoices and payments to vendors, suppliers, and service providers. Here is a brief overview of the role:

Deliver a professional and consistent service to customers. Support in resolving Local Country inquiries for the PTP function.

Work collaboratively with internal customers and stakeholders.

Support Team Lead and team members in activities to enhance the effectiveness of the team. This includes helping new joiners to successfully settle into their new role in their stream.

Perform and review the various tasks related to, and established for, handling invoice and T&E transaction processing within well-defined guidelines, including resolving basic queries and investigations in a timely manner in the area of PTP.

Carry out AP closing activities accurately including preparing, reviewing and analyzing BS reconciliation reports within specified timescales. Prepares and produces monthly reports as assigned; identifies long outstanding items reflected in the accounts.

Generate, compile and review KPI metrics related to PTP and T&E function at month end. For KPIs that are not met, to propose and track action plan to improve KPI.

What will you need to be successful?

Success in the role will requires a combination of technical knowledge, soft skills, and a deep understanding of both the business and service-providing sides of an organization.

Successful candidates would need the following:

Proven or minimum of two years\xe2\x80\x99 of experience in similar role.

Diploma or Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business or equivalent field.

Good communication skills and great teammate.

Ability to speak, read and write in Japanese is a Must as this role will be serving the market.
