P2P Application - Business Analyst
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Manage day-to-day running operations of a P2P application across multiple geographies in APAC, including Incident Management, Catalog and Ad hoc request handling from business users, affiliates, stakeholders and auditors.
Analyze existing P2P processes and workflows to identify areas for continuous improvement and provide recommendations of changes to the business processes or applicable system configurations.
Manage and document system configuration settings, updates, and compliance controls, in line with business requirements in tandem with new functional updates and technical releases.
Implement new deployments of the P2P applications across different entities, including minor project management, change management, SIT, UAT management and deployment release.
Lead the SIT and UAT testing of the P2P Application along with quality assurance activities, including creating and executing test scripts, identifying defects, and ensuring the solutions meets business requirements; in line with new changes to the application with integrations to ERP Systems as well as iterative application upgrades.
Create specifications documents, process flow diagrams, user stories and core application documents for stakeholder references, knowledge transfer and training.
Manage learning material creation/updates via an interactive knowledge base and ensure all materials are updated with the latest information
Conduct training serieses with P2P Application Users in Procurement, Finance and Business on key topics, new improvements/deployments and refresher training.
Manage the data coherence of the P2P system for use in PowerBI and other data visualization tools. Experience with PowerBI is an added advantage but not required.
Communicate effectively with affiliates, users and stakeholders on all related issues including the publication of a half-yearly system review.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for COUPA applications, including troubleshooting issues, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing enhancements and bug fixes.
Work with P2P Lead, Junior Analysts and transversal teams in Procurement, Finance and IT on overall application maintenance, usage and improvements.
Are you a MATCH?
Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Sciences, Pure Sciences, Engineering, Data Sciences, Finance & Business Studies, Social Sciences or related fields.
2 to 5 years of experience as a Functional Business Analysts/System Analyst/Technical Analyst/Support Analyst or similar roles in SaaS application design/development and support preferred.
Candidates with experience in financial roles like Account Payables / Accounting / Receivables may also apply.
Experience with eProcurement/P2P applications, financial applications or experience in Coupa/Oracle/Ariba/iValua or other ERP/SaaS business applications would be preferred.
Proficiency in gathering and documenting business requirements, process mapping, and creating functional specifications with visualization tools is preferred.
Experience in data centric analysis of issues with regards to continuous improvement strategies would be preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to present information in clear coherence to multiple audiences across APAC..
