Managing the Director's calendar and setting up appointments and meetings.
To support and assist the Director's personal issues and when necessary.
Reminder to Director of important tasks and deadlines (i.e, utilities, passport renewal, assessment, meeting schedules etc.)
Handle some minor administration work.
To attend and prepare minutes of office meetings as well as internal meetings, meetings with clients, suppliers and business associates to follow up with the necessary action when required.
To assist and support of Company operations duties.
Conduct research as required to identify assemble material needed for proposals. Draft reports, letter and proposals for the Director where necessary.
To perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when necessary at ad-hoc basis.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
