- Good communication skill, spoken & written.
- Multilingual ability preferred, Cantonese as an added advantage

- Expected Start Date: as soon as possible
- Welcome & Greeting customers. Attend service enquiry from customers or clients\' call. Answering phone calls to arranging appointment for guest and answering general inquiries.
- Responsible for the general hygiene and tidiness of the main waiting areas, PA Rooms and outlet overall.
- Monitor outlets supplies/stocks and equipment usage level and balance.
- Perform Cashier function.
- Monitor staff comply with SOP and other customer service
- Undertake all other duties, tasks and responsibilities as required by the management.
- Annual Dinner, Annual Increment, Yearly Bonus
- Annual leave, Medical Claims, Other Allowance & Uniform Provided
- Staff price for massage treatments & products.
