  • Administrative training or certification in secretarial work, office administration, or related training
  • Computer skills and familiarity
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • Willing to travel locally with Director to meet clients
Tanggungjawab
  • Manage and coordinate the executive\'s calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Make travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and transportation arrangements
  • Prepare and organize documents and reports, ensuring that they are accurate and delivered on time
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails, filtering and prioritizing as needed
  • Conduct research and compile data as required
  • Assist with personal tasks as required, such as booking reservations or handling personal errands
